Answers about our services, registrations, where we work and how to get a quotation.
Where is Titan Construction based?
Our head office is at 38 Warehouse Road, Apapa, Lagos, and we have a second office at Island Plaza 20, Baale Street, Igbo-Efon, Lekki. We work across Lagos and nationwide.
What kinds of projects do you build?
Residential homes and apartments, commercial offices, bank facilities, retail plazas and supermarkets, institutional buildings such as a police divisional headquarters, and civil works including roads and drainage.
Are you a registered construction company?
Yes. Titan Construction Company Limited was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2011. We hold a Bureau of Public Procurement Interim Registration Report and compliance certificates from the ITF and NSITF. Our principal is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building and a CORBON-registered builder.
Do you offer design and build or turnkey contracts?
Yes. We can design and build your project under one contract, or deliver it turnkey: design, approvals, construction, commissioning and hand-over of a ready-to-use building.
How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp 0802 689 1807, email hello@titanconstruction.ng, or send the enquiry form. We will arrange a conversation and a site visit, then our quantity surveyors prepare a priced proposal.
Can you manage a project built by another contractor?
Yes. Our project and construction management service puts us on your side: bid evaluation, contractor coordination, schedule, cost and quality control.
Do you look after buildings after completion?
Yes. Our facility-management team provides 24/7 preventive and corrective maintenance, energy optimisation, security, cleaning and tenant services.
Do you work outside Lagos?
Yes. Our portfolio includes FCMB's regional head office in Kano, a police divisional headquarters in Ilorin and road construction in Anambra State.

About our services
Do you build private homes as well as estates?
Yes. We build single homes for private clients as well as multi-unit developments. Recent residential work includes homes at Alpha Beach and Osapa London in Lekki, Balarabe Musa in Victoria Island and Cupper Road in Ikoyi.
Do you build outside Lagos?
Yes. Our commercial work includes FCMB's regional head office in Kano, and we take on projects nationwide.
What is the difference between design and build and turnkey?
In design and build, Titan designs and builds under one contract. Turnkey adds the remaining steps: approvals, commissioning and any fit-out or equipment, so you receive a building ready to use on the day of hand-over.
Do you work on government projects?
Yes. Our portfolio includes road construction in Anambra State and a police divisional headquarters in Ilorin, Kwara State. Titan holds an Interim Registration Report from the Bureau of Public Procurement.
Where have you built roads?
Our road portfolio includes road construction in Anambra State. We take on road and drainage projects across Nigeria, including estate roads in Lagos.
Can you manage a project that another contractor is building?
Yes. That is exactly what project and construction management is for. We represent you, not the contractor.
Do you only manage buildings you built?
No. We manage buildings built by others too. We start with a condition survey so we know exactly what we are taking on.
Can you renovate while we stay in the building?
Usually, yes. We phase the work and isolate work areas so the rest of the building stays in use.
Do you develop property yourselves?
Our consultancy supports landowners and developers with feasibility, cost and approvals. Contact us to discuss joint-venture or development partnerships on a specific site.
Is green building more expensive?
Some measures add cost at the start; many, such as shading and orientation, cost little. We show the payback of each option with life-cycle costing, so you can choose.
