Titan Construction Company Limited has built residential and mixed-use buildings across Lagos since 2011. Our portfolio includes terraced homes at Alpha Beach, apartments at Osapa London in Lekki, a contemporary residence on Balarabe Musa Crescent in Victoria Island and a multi-storey residential building on Cupper Road, Ikoyi.
As a residential construction company in Lagos, we know the ground, the approvals and the supply chain. Lekki and the coastal corridor mean high water tables and sandy soils; Ikoyi and Victoria Island mean tight plots, neighbours close by and strict planning. We plan for both before the first block is laid.

Our site teams are led by qualified builders and engineers, and our in-house quantity surveyors prepare and control the bill of quantities, so you see where every naira goes.
We work within the provisions of Nigerian building law and regulations, including planning approvals from the Lagos State physical planning authorities and the building-control stage inspections your project will need.

Questions about building construction
Do you build private homes as well as estates?
Yes. We build single homes for private clients as well as multi-unit developments. Recent residential work includes homes at Alpha Beach and Osapa London in Lekki, Balarabe Musa in Victoria Island and Cupper Road in Ikoyi.
Can you work from my architect's drawings?
Yes. We can build from your consultant's approved drawings, or take on the design as well through our design and build service.
Which parts of Lagos do you cover?
All of Lagos. We are headquartered in Apapa with a second office at Igbo-Efon, Lekki, and much of our residential work is in Lekki, Ikoyi and Victoria Island.
