Design for the climate
Deep overhangs, shaded balconies, cross-ventilation and the right glazing keep heat out, reducing the load on air-conditioning and generators. Many of the contemporary homes we build in Lekki and Victoria Island use these ideas.
Energy and water
Solar and battery systems cut diesel use and give quieter, cleaner power. Rainwater harvesting and grey-water reuse ease the load on boreholes and public supply. Combined with efficient fittings and good maintenance, they lower operating costs year after year.

Is green building more expensive?
Some measures add cost at the start; many, such as shading and orientation, cost little. We show the payback of each option with life-cycle costing, so you can choose.
Can existing buildings be made more efficient?
Yes. Retrofits such as solar, efficient cooling and water reuse can be added to existing buildings through our renovation service.
