The project
This regional head office for First City Monument Bank (FCMB) in Kano shows Titan's work beyond Lagos. The building presents a formal, classical face to the street, with a columned portico, pediment and tall arched windows, suited to a bank's regional flagship.
Inside, the brief called for durable, easy-to-maintain finishes for a busy working building: timber office doors off bright corridors, glazed partitions and a steel-balustraded staircase.
